Commercial Moves Group, in conjunction with Total E&P UK Ltd’s project team, worked together to develop a programme of works for the whole migration project.
With the programme in place, we were able to implement an operational capability to execute the phased relocation process. The move was made within tight time frames to accommodate Total E&P UK Ltd’s business functioning and ensuring zero downtime.
The project was carried out over four weekends. It included a full IT solution for the project as well as a full recycling programme to clear the old Crawpeel facility.
