Crates are integral to our Commercial Moves Group service and tailored to suit each individual project whether for specialist relocation's, office relocation's or simply for storage options.
As part of our detailed planning process we establish how many crates are required for each department and the sizes that will be needed in order to keep the contents in their original condition. Secure crates for confidential items can also be provided. We will agree where they are to be stored, how far in advance of the move you want them to be delivered and when to collect them at the end. Offsite storage is available if there are items which need to be delivered at a later date or for longer term requirements.
Through our move consultant and your in house move champions, we make sure that everyone in your team has been trained on the best and safest way to pack their equipment, and how to label and secure it so that their belongings arrive undamaged at their new desk.

Over the last three years, we have provided a seamless experience in a testing environment where the health and transition of patients within Aberdeen Royal Infirmary and Cornhill Hospital is paramount. Our crates offer a custom, confidential and safe way of transferring sensitive data and personal belongings between wards.
To allow for essential maintenance to be carried out within the wards, we were tasked with establishing the quantity and sizes of crates that would be required to keep their stock, files and personal belongings together, all in their original condition. We also provide secure crates with interlocking lids and serial coded strip ties for all confidential information. As part of the process, we decanted the surplus furniture from the existing ward for the duration of the works to our off-site secure Storage Facility.
On the day of the move, we worked closely with the estate's teams at both Aberdeen Royal Infirmary and Cornhill to prioritise the transition of personal crates to the wards before the patients were moved. A predetermined holding area was chosen to place all unpacked crates so that our team could collect these without disturbing the new working ward.
